Our Policies
General: Room rates are per room, per night, for two adults; a 9% Transient Occupancy Tax is added to all reservations. Rates, taxes, and fees are subject to change without notice. All reservations include breakfast.
Deposit: Lodging costs must be guaranteed by credit card on the day reservations are made. First night's cost will be charged when completing your reservation.
Cancellations/Refunds: Cancellations require advance notice. When you make a reservation, your room is held exclusively for you, and will not be sold to anyone else. Cancellations received more than 72 hours in advance will be made with no charge. Less than 72 hours' notice will incur a charge of one full night per room reserved. Less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Check In & Out: Check-in time is 3:00 – 6:00 PM. Please make personal arrangements with us if you must arrive before or after these times. Check out time is 11:00 AM.
COVID-19 Policies: In order to protect our guests and staff, all people at The Inn are required to be symptom-free. We request anyone notify us if they are diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days of visiting The Inn.
Special Event Notification: The beautiful grounds of The Inn are host to special events from time to time. Should an event of significance be scheduled during your stay, we will make an effort to notify you, providing you an opportunity to change or cancel your reservation if you desire.
Smoking: The Inn at Benicia Bay is a 100% smoke-free inn. Please do not smoke or vape in any of the guest rooms, on the patios or within 20 feet of the buildings. Smoking or vaping in a guest room will incur a minimum charge of $500.00. Any other damages will be charged accordingly.
Damage and/or Extra Cleaning: If a room requires repair or extra cleaning as a result of your stay, charges may be applied to your account.
Pet Policy: Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets in our rooms.
Child Policy: Sorry, we cannot accommodate children under 12 in our rooms. Children 12 and over are charged as an adult, and are welcome under the supervision of a paying adult.
