Our Policies

General:  Room rates are per room, per night, for two adults; a 9% Transient Occupancy Tax and is added when completing your reservation. Rates, taxes, and fees are subject to change without notice.

Deposit:  Lodging costs must be guaranteed by credit card on the day reservations are made. First night's cost will be charged upon reservation.

Refunds/Cancellations: Cancellations require advance notice. When you make a reservation, your room is held exclusively for you, and will not be sold to anyone else. Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance will be cancelled with no charge. Less than 72 hours' notice will incur a charge of one full night per room reserved. Less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation. 

Check In & Out: Check-in time is 3:00 – 6:00 PM. Please make personal arrangements with us if you must arrive before or after these times. Check out time is 11:00 AM.

Smoking: The Inn at Benicia Bay is a 100% smoke-free inn. Please do not smoke in any of the guest rooms, on the patios or within 20 feet of the buildings. Smoking in a guest room will incur a minimum charge of $500.00. Any other damages will be charged accordingly.

Pet Policy: Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets in our rooms.

Child Policy: Sorry, we cannot accommodate children under 12 in our rooms. Children 12 and over are welcome under the supervision of a paying adult.
