We can accommodate the following types of events & quantities of guests:

~ Bridal or baby showers for up to 50 guests
~ Small business meetings or private lunches for up to 30 people
~ Family reunions, anniversaries or other celebrations - from 20-50 people.

Small Weddings
Hosting your wedding or renewal of vows at our Inn typically includes bookings for all 7 rooms in our Inn, so please reach out early to ensure every room is full of your loved ones. Our garden courtyard includes a small gazebo/trellis and brick pathway perfect for your wedding aisle. Our restaurant can cater your special day or we can use alternative caterers of your choosing. We will help you create your own unique day.
Our location can accommodate weddings of up to 100 people. The space is yours to set up as you choose with expert coordination support from our team.
Each wedding and event is uniquely personal - we will work with you to customize your big day.

Tracee, Dennis and their staff were amazing in every way at making our daughter’s vision for her wedding a reality. The Inn at Benicia Bay was the perfect location for her wedding venue. The ceremony was held in the open courtyard under the arbor, followed by cocktails/appetizers in The Cafe during wedding party photos, then dinner was served with toasts to the bride and groom on the cafe side, then back to the courtyard to end the event with dancing.
What a gorgeous venue! It was the perfect size to accommodate ~100 people! The weather was beautiful, so we were able to avoid tents. Tracee and Dennis kindly strung their patio lights for the event and allowed us to gently wrap posts and shrubs with temporary solar fairy lights and pergola drapes for a romantic vibe. Linens, flowers, table lamps, signage painted/printed by the mother of the bride, a Photo Booth gazebo and a DJ completed the look for the happy couple. Tracee and Dennis made sure every detail was perfect.
Chef Kyle and his staff from The Cafe fully catered the event with a delicious menu that met all dietary needs. They even served personally painted/printed labeled bottles of wine.
The rooms were beautiful! The bride and groom strategically planned which family/friends
stayed at The Inn versus nearby accommodations. Key rooms were used the day of the wedding
for the groom/groomsmen and bride/bridesmaids to get ready/take photos and coordinate walking
order for the ceremony. Professional photos will follow later, but we couldn’t have been happier
with The Inn and its owners and staff, who are now dear friends and our neighbors in lovely Benicia!
Thank you Tracee, Dennis, Kyle and team for all you did to make this event everything the bride and
groom envisioned! A perfect venue, location, meal and staff for a wedding or any special event, or
just a quiet getaway!
