Captain Dillingham
When the Inn was built in the 1800's, shipping and ship building were major industries in Benicia. Captain Dillingham was one of the Sea Captains who made The Inn his home, and his room reflects a nautical feel. A perfect room for 1 or 2, the queen bed boasts a Casper mattress, and the lighting is gentle with two skylights in the high ceiling. The bath features a Jacuzzi tub with shower.

I've stayed twice (so far) at the Inn at Benicia Bay. Both the "Commandant's Quarters" and "Casablanca" are gorgeous rooms, with painstakingly elegant detail. Tracee, Paula, and Michael are warm and welcoming and having the restaurant right downstairs, is the icing on the cake! I'm going to try every room at the Inn, to see which one I like the most... but it might just take a few stays in each to decide... Highly recommend!
