Covid-19 Update

Updated: Jul 1, 2020

Covid-19 update from the Inn

We at The Inn at Benicia Bay offer our deepest respects to all the people across the world who have lost their lives to this COVID-19 Corona Virus.  We stand in support of those suffering from this illness, those whose lives have been dramatically affected by COVID-19, and those working to bring this pandemic to an end.

We want you to be home with your family during this time, but if you or someone you know needs a temporary place to stay, we will remain open with our most diligent team members ensuring high standards of cleanliness. We are in a unique position to be able to offer temporary lodging for people in a way that maintains CDC-prescribed Social Distancing.* Whether you are a local or a visitor who needs a place to be, we are here for you like you have been there for us.

Our hearts go out to our community and the world. *Note:  We cannot accept any guests or visitors who have ANY symptoms of sickness such as fever, coughing, sneezing, etc., or any guests who have been out of the country or on an airplane in the last 14 days, or who have otherwise been exposed to the COVID-19 virus.

Reservations must be made via phone.  Please be aware that, should a crisis arise, reservations may be changed or cancelled in order to make space for emergency personnel.

  1. Please call us in advance of your reservation/arrival so that we can make the best and most appropriate accommodations for your stay.

  2. We cannot allow any stay by guests feeling unwell or exhibiting any symptoms of illness.

  3. We will provide extra soap and towels for guest use.

  4. We will provide certificates for breakfast orders for take-out through Java Point Cafe on First St.

  5. We will disinfect each room with standard cleaning procedures AND ozone purification after each guest leaves.

  6. We anticipate there may be a need for temporary housing for essential personnel; therefore The Inn at Benicia Bay reserves the right to change or cancel a reservation if there comes a need for temporary lodging for emergency personnel.

  7. We request that all guests inform us of any Corona Virus-like symptoms that appear within 14 days after staying at The Inn.

Please stay safe and wash your hands.
